Fontaine® screens for continuous centrifuges are made of 99,9 % pure nickel with a hard chrome plated surface. Due to a hard chrome plated surface we achieve a reduction of screen wear and thus increase working life. The conical execution of the slots leads to high through put and a low degree of clogging. Slot characteristic is optimized to achieve low molasses purities. Our screens for continuous centrifuges can be customized independent from any centrifugal manufacturer, and available in any dimensions.
