Fontaine® cover screens are used worldwide due to their high quality standard. Sugar mills as well as Refineries and centrifugal manufacture are our customers since decades. The conical execution of our slot and round holes lead to higher through-put and a low degree of clogging.
This high quality perforation leads to a perfect molasses run-off and a high grade of separation and reduced crystal damages. Our screens provide a long working life, a low-wear execution and are customized in accordance to your individual process. Screens can be produced in brass, copper and stainless steel (AISI 430, AISI 304 and AISI 316), a max width of 1300 mm and different execution of slot and round holes.
